These are six of my favourite David Bowie incarnations, plus the little space dude floating around. I know you’ll recognize Ziggy Stardust and the Let’s Dance pop Bowie and him as the evil and fabulous Jareth in Labyrinth (1986). Bottom right, you’ll find a more recent version of the man, just a few years before he left us in 2016 at just 69. Bottom right, I think was in the 1990’s. I love his hand in that pose.
the Bowie that everyone puzzles over is the one with the hat and flower in his teeth. That’s from one of my favourite movies, Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence (1983). Look for that one! His acting skills were put to the test, and he passed with flying colours in this is a 1983 Japanese-British war film.
Movie Fan?

What is it that you like so much about this guy? Do you find him handsome? Or is he sexy because he’s a risk taking, creative thinking superman?
Did you know?
Trailblazing David Bowie as a global citizen was a true philanthropist.
Maybe we can’t all write music, rock it out on a world stage or star in some movie role in a remarkable way only he can, but we can all make a difference.
